A name with roots as deep as the community it holds.
Sulis was a Celtic goddess of healing springs — a gathering place where people restored, connected, and were seen. That's exactly what we've built here in the Comox Valley. What we stand for
The Values That Guide
Everything We do

Connection
We believe women in business do better together. Every program, event, and space we create starts with genuine human connection. We grow stronger when we share resources, celebrate each other, and make room for everyone to rise.

Possibility
We believe there is more available to us than we sometimes allow ourselves to imagine. We encourage women to think bigger, explore what's possible, and pursue what truly matters to them — in business and in life.

Action
Ideas become real through movement. We value taking imperfect action, experimenting, and learning as we go — because waiting until everything is perfect means waiting forever. Progress, not perfection, is what moves us forward.

Authenticity
There is no single right way to build a business or create a fulfilling life. We encourage every woman to do it in a way that feels true to who she is. Her values, her pace, and her own definition of success are what matter most.

a word from the founder
The Reason Behind the Space
I've been rooting for women my whole life — honestly, I think it started with a shoebox donation box for whales when I was a kid. That same instinct to show up, care deeply, and do something about it has never really left me.
I built Sulis because I kept seeing talented, driven women building incredible things in complete isolation — with no one to think out loud with, no space that felt like theirs, and no community truly designed around how they work. I knew what that felt like, and I knew something needed to exist.
Sulis is my answer to that. A place where women can come to work, to breathe, to connect, and to be genuinely supported — not just professionally, but as whole human beings. I'm so proud of what this community is becoming, and I'd love for you to be part of it.

Your Space. Your Community.
Built for Women Like You.
Sulis is a women's coworking space and community rooted in the Comox Valley — built for entrepreneurs who are ready to stop going it alone.
Sulis was created because I know what it feels like to build something in isolation. To have big ideas and no one to think them through with. To crave a space that feels professional and inspiring, without the cold, corporate energy that doesn't fit the way women actually work.
Whether you're just getting started or deep in the work of growing something real, Sulis is where you come to breathe, to focus, and to be reminded that you don't have to figure it all out by yourself. There's a place for you here — and people who are genuinely rooting for you.
our vision
More Than Just a Workspace
Success looks different for every woman — and that's exactly the point. At Sulis, we're working toward a world where women have the community around them, the confidence within them, and the support beneath them to build businesses and lives that feel genuinely, unapologetically their own.
our mission
Why We Show Up Every Day
Building a business is hard enough without having to figure it all out alone. At Sulis, we created a space where women entrepreneurs can come together — to work, to connect, to collaborate, and to grow. A place where you're surrounded by women who get it, who cheer you on, and who show up alongside you. Because we believe the best businesses aren't built in isolation. They're built in community.
Built around how women actually work
We believe building a business should support your life—not consume it. At Sulis, we make space for a more human approach to entrepreneurship: rhythm over rigid schedules, connection over isolation, and progress without the pressure to do it all alone. We’re here to remove friction, create momentum, and make building a business feel more sustainable—and a lot more connected.
