hey friend, nice to meet you!

A bit more about me...

I was born and raised in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, and since 2012, I’ve called North Courtenay home. Here, I’m raising my two daughters, running our little hobby farm, and carving out space for creativity in all its forms—from sewing and watercolour painting to designing in Canva.

Helping others has always been at the heart of what I do. In August 2019, I volunteered at Tony Robbins’ Power of Success event. During a break, I used my ticket to attend one of his sessions—and out of 8,000 attendees, I was selected to speak.

That experience helped clarify something that had been quietly guiding my work all along: my mission is to empower women to see their dreams and goals as bigger than their fears.

Meet Meghan McQuillan -
Founder of Sulis Collective

Meghan McQuillan is the founder of Sulis Collective — a women's coworking space and community built on the belief that women do better when they're not doing it alone. She created Sulis for the woman who is building something, dreaming about something, starting over, or simply trying to find her people.

You don't have to arrive at Sulis already feeling confident. You don't have to have it all figured out. That's the point.

For Meghan, women supporting women isn't just a nice idea — it's the healing, the energy renewal, and the reminder that none of us have to figure this out alone. She's also a natural connector — the kind of person who remembers who you are, what you're building, and exactly who you should meet. Whether it's a quick introduction or a thoughtful referral, bringing the right women together is something she takes seriously.

Anchored Dreams Atelier

Anchored Dreams Atelier was born from a simple love of making things by hand. What began with sewing has grown into something more — a creative offering centred around permanent jewelry and handcrafted pieces that are meant to be worn, felt, and kept.

Today, permanent jewelry appointments are available by booking, held inside the Sulis Collective space, with the occasional pop-up at local markets and festivals.

real conversations for real women

Welcome to Anchor Your Dreams -
a podcast for women, by women

Anchor Your Dreams is a podcast for women who are in the middle of it — building something, figuring something out, or simply trying to make their lives feel more like their own. Each episode is a real conversation: unfiltered, honest, and rooted in the experiences of women who are doing the work.

We explore everything from business and entrepreneurship to identity, relationships, community, and the messy, beautiful reality of chasing something that matters. This is a space where the curtain gets pulled back — on the wins, the hard seasons, and everything in between. No highlight reels, no perfectly polished stories. Just the kind of honest, human conversation that reminds you you're not alone in this.

Every episode is a mix of personal storytelling and real takeaways — from solo talking episodes to in-depth interviews with women who have something worth saying.

"Hustling alone on your island won't get you very far, but walking the path and climbing the mountain with like-minded people will make the journey more enjoyable."

"I built Sulis because I kept meeting women who were doing incredible things — and doing them completely alone.
That's not how it has to be."
